The posting

In de functie van Onderhoudsmechanieker ben jij de spil in het soepel laten draaien van onze machines en installaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud en zorgt ervoor dat technische storingen snel en doeltreffend worden verholpen.

Je werkt nauw samen met zowel je collega's op de productieafdeling als met technische teams. Ook ondersteun je externe specialisten tijdens grotere onderhoudsprojecten of interventies.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je voert regelmatig periodiek en preventief onderhoud uit aan machines en technische installaties.
  • Je spant je in om mechanische en elektrische storingen te diagnosticeren en op te lossen.
  • Je pakt herstellingen aan en vervangt defecte onderdelen waar nodig.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning aan externe technici en leveranciers.
  • Je helpt mee bij de installatie en inbedrijfstelling van nieuwe machines.
  • Je registreert alle uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en gebruikte onderdelen nauwkeurig.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen om storingen in de toekomst te voorkomen en processen te optimaliseren.
  • Je draagt bij aan een veilige en geordende werkomgeving.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding afgerond (bijv. elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica) of bent gelijkwaardig ervaren.
  • Je kunt terugkijken op een eerste relevante ervaring als onderhoudsmechanieker.
  • Je beschikt over basiskennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en bij voorkeur ook van pneumatica en hydraulica.
  • Je hebt een analytische mindset en bent in staat om technische problemen zelfstandig op te lossen.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en veiligheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken als dat nodig is.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega’s en externe partners.
