The posting

Als Project Manager binnen power- en energieprojecten neem je de leiding over grote dossiers rond hoogspanningsinstallaties, EV-laadoplossingen en energie-infrastructuur. Je bewaakt het volledige traject: van voorbereiding en uitvoering tot oplevering en nazorg. Je takenpakket:

Voorbereiding & projectopstart

  • Overleggen met klanten over technische vereisten, timing en budgetten
  • Uitwerken van een gestructureerde projectaanpak en uitvoeringsplanning
  • Inschatten van risico’s, resources en prioriteiten voor een vlotte opstart

Coördinatie & uitvoering

  • Aansturen van werfteams, techniekers en externe partners
  • Coördineren van werkzaamheden op vlak van laadpalen, hoogspanning en energievoorziening
  • Bewaken van planning, rendement, kwaliteit en veiligheidsprocedures
  • Organiseren van werfvergaderingen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse voortgang
  • Oplossen van technische of organisatorische uitdagingen tijdens de uitvoering

Klant & communicatie

  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten en stakeholders
  • Transparant communiceren over voortgang, wijzigingen en oplevermomenten
  • Zorgen voor een professionele oplevering inclusief technische dossiers en keuringen

Kwaliteit & veiligheid

  • Toezien op de naleving van alle veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen
  • Mee waken over een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving op de werf
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma op Master- of Bachelorniveau binnen Energietechnologie, Elektromechanica, Automation of gelijkaardig
  • Ervaring als projectleider binnen energie-, infrastructuur- of elektrische projecten is een grote troef
  • Kennis van hoogspanning, laadpalen of power distribution is mooi meegenomen
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt moeiteloos overzicht over meerdere projecten
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, techniekers en management
  • Je combineert leiderschap met een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Budgetbeheer, planning en resultaatgericht werken geven jou energie
