Für unseren Kunden in der Region Biel suchen wir eine/n: Sachbearbeiter/in Buchhaltung (m/w/d)

Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Selbständige Führung der Debitoren\- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Erfassung, Prüfung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Überwachung offener Posten sowie Durchführung des Mahnwesens
  • Vorbereitung und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Verbuchung und Kontrolle von Bank\- und Kassenbewegungen
  • Unterstützung bei Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Kontrolle und Verarbeitung von Spesen\- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von buchhalterischen Stammdaten
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Berichten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen

Dein Profil -----------

Für diese Position suchen wir eine zuverlässige und detailorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer Leidenschaft für Zahlen.

Du bringst idealerweise Folgendes mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen
  • Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion im Rechnungswesen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Debitoren\-, Kreditoren\- und Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung im Zahlungsverkehr sowie bei Kontenabstimmungen
  • Verständnis für Abschlussarbeiten und buchhalterische Prozesse
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Mehrwertsteuer von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Abacus oder vergleichbar)
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Stilsichere Deutsch, Französisch und Englischkenntnisse
  • Exakte, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
