Für ein etabliertes und schweizweit tätiges Unternehmen im Bereich Projekt- und Baumanagement suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Senior Baukostenplaner (w/m/d).

In dieser Schlüsselrolle begleiten Sie anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte über sämtliche Projektphasen und tragen mit Ihrer Expertise massgeblich zur wirtschaftlichen Steuerung und erfolgreichen Realisierung bei.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Bauherren, Architekten, Fachplanern sowie internen Projektteams zusammen und übernehmen Verantwortung für Kostenplanung, Budgetierung und Kostenkontrolle bei anspruchsvollen Hochbauprojekten.

Ihre Aufgaben ##

  • Selbstständige Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen, Kostenberechnungen und Kostenvoranschlägen (KGS, KS, KV)
  • Bauökonomische Beratung und Begleitung von Bauprojekten in sämtlichen Projektphasen
  • Erarbeitung von Kostenkalkulationen unter Anwendung moderner BIM-Methoden
  • Überwachung, Analyse und Steuerung von Baukosten und Projektbudgets
  • Erstellung von Hochrechnungen, Prognosen und Kostenberichten für Bauherren und Projektteams
  • Plausibilisierung und Optimierung von Kostenkennwerten
  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Kostendatenbanken
  • Unterstützung von Bauherrschaften bei strategischen Budget- und Investitionsentscheidungen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Ausbildung im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Hochbau oder Bauleitung
  • Weiterbildung als Bauökonom/in (CAS Baukostenplanung, MAS Bauökonomie oder vergleichbar von Vorteil)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kostenplanung oder Bauökonomie innerhalb der Schweizer Baubranche
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung und Steuerung von Baukosten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gängigen Kostenplanungstools (z.B. Messerli)
  • Kenntnisse in BIM-basierten Kostenplanungsprozessen von Vorteil
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Zahlenverständnis
  • Kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und Kommunikationsstärke
