Senior Controller 80-100% (w/m/d) ##

Ihre Aufgaben: ###

  • Erstellung fundierter Finanzanalysen, Management-Reports sowie Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Planung und Abstimmung von Kostenstellenbudgets mit lokalem und internationalem Management
  • Analyse sowie Kommentierung von Budget- und Forecastabweichungen inkl. Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Steuerung und Auswertung von Projekt- und R&D-Kosten im ERP-System
  • Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung standortübergreifender Reporting-Strukturen
  • Mitarbeit bei Forecast-, Budget- und Abschlussprozessen auf Gruppenebene
  • Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Reporting- und Controlling-Tools sowie Mitwirkung an ERP-Weiterentwicklungen
  • Review und Analyse von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Finanzbuchhaltung, Group CFO und Management
  • Unterstützung bei gruppenweiten Controlling-Themen sowie Stellvertretung innerhalb des Finanzcontrollings

Ihr Profil: ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder Accounting - alternativ kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung und fundierter Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem produzierenden oder technologieorientierten Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung, Budgetierung und Finanzanalyse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen sowie hohe Affinität zu Datenanalysen
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, analytische und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Fähigkeit, komplexe finanzielle Themen verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Reisetätigkeiten
