The posting

Als Service Technieker combineer je mechanische kennis met elektrische en hydraulische expertise. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende types heftrucks en magazijnvoertuigen, waardoor geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde is.

Wat behoort tot jouw taken?

  • Uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudsbeurten aan heftrucks en intern transportmaterieel.
  • Opsporen en oplossen van mechanische defecten aan onder meer aandrijvingen, remsystemen, mastconstructies en stuurinrichtingen.
  • Diagnoses stellen bij elektrische, hydraulische en elektronische storingen.
  • Herstellen of vervangen van defecte componenten zodat machines snel opnieuw inzetbaar zijn.
  • Controleren van de veiligheidsvoorzieningen en de algemene technische staat van de machines.
  • Correct registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden via digitale servicerapporten.
  • Bestellen van de benodigde onderdelen wanneer bijkomende interventies noodzakelijk zijn.
  • Adviseren van klanten over het onderhoud en de optimale inzet van hun heftrucks.

Je bent een technieker die graag zelfstandig werkt en energie haalt uit afwisselende opdrachten op locatie. Je denkt oplossingsgericht en bent pas tevreden wanneer een machine opnieuw perfect draait.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een diploma in Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, Autotechnieken of een gelijkwaardig technisch niveau door ervaring.
  • Praktische ervaring in onderhoud en herstellingen van machines, voertuigen of industriële installaties.
  • Een degelijke kennis van mechanica, aangevuld met basiskennis van elektriciteit en hydraulica.
  • Ervaring met rollend materieel, landbouwmachines, vrachtwagens, bouwmachines of heftrucks is een mooie troef, maar zeker geen vereiste.
  • Een klantgerichte houding en vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands.
  • De motivatie om voortdurend bij te leren via technische opleidingen.
  • Een rijbewijs B zodat je zelfstandig klanten kunt bezoeken.
