Pour notre client basé à Genève, nous recherchons activement un(e) Spécialiste Assurances Sociales.

Vos responsabilités ##

Au sein du département Ressources Humaines, vous assurez la gestion et le suivi des assurances sociales pour l'ensemble des collaborateurs. Véritable interlocuteur(trice) de référence, vous garantissez l'application des dispositions légales et accompagnez les employés ainsi que les managers sur les questions relatives aux assurances sociales. À ce titre, vous :

  • Gérez les affiliations, mutations et sorties auprès des différentes assurances sociales.
  • Assurez le suivi administratif des dossiers liés à l'AVS, LPP, LAA, IJM, allocations familiales et autres prestations sociales.
  • Prenez en charge la gestion des cas de maladie, d'accident, de maternité, de paternité et d'invalidité en collaboration avec les organismes concernés.
  • Constituez, suivez et contrôlez les dossiers auprès des assurances et des institutions sociales.
  • Répondez aux demandes des collaborateurs et conseillez les managers sur les questions relatives aux assurances sociales.
  • Contrôlez les données liées aux assurances sociales et assurez leur cohérence avec les informations de paie.
  • Participez aux déclarations annuelles ainsi qu'aux audits et contrôles des organismes sociaux.
  • Assurez une veille réglementaire et veillez à la bonne application des obligations légales.
  • Contribuez à l'amélioration continue des processus administratifs RH.

Votre profil ##

  • Titulaire d'une formation commerciale ou RH complétée par une spécialisation dans les assurances sociales.
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire en Suisse.
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes connaissances des assurances sociales suisses et du droit du travail.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • La connaissance de l'anglais constitue un atout.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques ainsi qu'avec les systèmes de gestion RH et de paie.
  • Reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre discrétion et votre sens de l'organisation, vous gérez efficacement plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, d'un excellent sens du service et d'une grande aisance relationnelle.
  • Votre esprit d'analyse et votre orientation solution vous permettent d'accompagner efficacement les collaborateurs et les managers.
