Jobomschrijving

Als Student Administratief Medewerker Stalen Input zorg jij ervoor dat binnenkomende stalen correct verwerkt worden.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen administratie en het laboratoriumteam.

Jouw taken:

  • Ontvangen en registreren van binnenkomende stalen
  • Controleren van staalgegevens en opdrachten
  • Verwerken van informatie in het systeem
  • Detecteren en melden van afwijkingen
  • Verdelen van stalen naar de juiste afdelingen
  • Administratieve opvolging van dossiers
  • Ondersteunen bij het splitsen en voorbereiden van stalen

Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens kwaliteitsprocedures en zorgt ervoor dat het analyseproces vlot kan starten.

Voor deze studentenjob zoeken we een gemotiveerde student die graag nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt en minstens 2 dagen per week beschikbaar is. Halve dagen werken is ook mogelijk.

Jij beschikt over:

  • bij voorkeur bachelor of masteropleiding in een wetenschappelijke opleiding bvb. labotechnologie, chemie of andere wetenschappelijke richting
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Een nauwkeurige en kritische werkhouding
  • Een verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor detail
  • Een vlotte kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • De mogelijkheid om geconcentreerd te werken en fysiek actief bezig te zijn

Ervaring in een laboomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw motivatie en leergierigheid zijn het belangrijkst.
