Als verantwoordelijke binnen de technische dienst zorg je samen met je team voor een optimale werking van een modern en sterk geautomatiseerd productieproces. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan productiemachines, installaties en technische infrastructuur.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van onderhoudstechniekers binnen jouw ploeg.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van werkplanningen en prioriteiten.
  • Ondersteunen bij elektrische, mechanische, pneumatische en elektromechanische storingen.
  • Waken over veiligheid, kwaliteit, hygiëne en milieuvoorschriften.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor techniekers en nieuwe collega's.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen productie, logistiek en onderhoud.
  • Analyseren van technische problemen en tijdig de juiste acties ondernemen.
  • Actief meedenken over technische verbeteringen, optimalisaties en efficiëntieverhogingen.
  • Deelnemen aan operationele overlegmomenten en bijdragen aan een sterke technische organisatie.

Voor deze vacature zoeken we een technisch leidinggevende met een passie voor onderhoud, elektromechanica en people management. Je beschikt over:

  • Een technische opleiding in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, elektronica of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische dienst, onderhoudsafdeling of productieomgeving.
  • Eerste ervaring als teamleader, ploegverantwoordelijke, supervisor onderhoud of meewerkend leidinggevende.
  • Kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, automatisering, PLC's en industriële installaties.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl.
  • Een oplossingsgerichte mindset met focus op continu verbeteren.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin, betrouwbaarheid en een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem.
