Als Technical Service Coördinator start je in een nieuwe rol omdat de firma een gezonde groei doormaakt. Ze wensen de dienst-na-verkoop verder te structureren en organiseren en daar zal jij als sleutelfiguur fungeren. Je hebt continu en nauw contact met externe partijen, je field technicians, de technisch manager en de ingenieur.

Coördinatie van service en onderhoud

  • Inplannen en opvolgen van interventies, onderhoudswerken en technische opdrachten
  • Afstemmen van de planning met techniekers en interne afdelingen
  • Bewaken van deadlines en prioriteiten
  • Optimaliseren van de inzet van mensen en middelen
  • Administratieve opvolging van lopende serviceaanvragen

Technische ondersteuning

  • Behandelen van technische vragen via telefoon en e-mail
  • Uitvoeren van een eerste analyse van storingen of problemen
  • Verzamelen van relevante informatie voor een efficiënte interventie
  • Professioneel begeleiden van klanten bij technische vrage.
  • Opvolgen van meldingen en klachten tot een passende oplossing is gevonden

Werkvoorbereiding en administratie

  • Voorbereiden van technische dossiers voor interventies en onderhou.
  • Controleren welke onderdelen en materialen nodig zijn
  • Coördineren van bestellingen en beschikbaarheid van wisselstukken
  • Beheren van technische documentatie, schema’s en handleidingen
  • Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers voor technische of administratieve ondersteuning.

Onderhoud en servicecontracten

  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en opvolgen van onderhoudscontracten
  • Inplannen van preventieve onderhoudsbeurten
  • Signaleren van mogelijkheden om de betrouwbaarheid van machines te verhogen.
  • Meedenken over preventieve oplossingen om stilstanden te beperken.

Verbetering van processen

  • Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling van werkinstructies en checklists.
  • Analyseren van terugkerende storingen en technische meldingen.
  • Structureren en documenteren van technische kennis.
  • Overleggen met engineering over mogelijke optimalisaties aan machines en installaties.
  • Bijdragen aan een efficiëntere en professionelere servicewerking.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die zowel technisch inzicht als administratieve nauwkeurigheid combineert. Je hoeft specialist te zijn, maar je begrijpt voldoende van industriële installaties om technische situaties correct in te schatten en vlot te communiceren met klanten en collega’s.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding (bachelor of A2 TSO) of ervaring binnen elektromechanica, machinebouw of industriële installaties
  • Voor deze cruciale rol wordt ongeveer 8jaar ervaring gevraagd
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent sterk in administratieve opvolging
  • Kennis ERP is mooi meegenomen
  • Je behoudt overzicht wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en denkt gestructureerd
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, leveranciers en interne teams (ook commercieel)
  • Je neemt initiatief en zoekt actief naar oplossingen.
  • Je denkt graag mee over optimalisaties en efficiëntere werkmethodes.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische binnendienst, servicecoördinatie, onderhoudsafdeling of machinebouwomgeving is een belangrijke meerwaarde.
