Technischen Hauswart für Betriebsunterhalt - (m/w/d) - 100% ##

Ihre Aufgaben ##

  • Betrieb und Instandhaltung von Liegenschaften im technischen und infrastrukturellen Bereich
  • Selbstständige Durchführung oder Organisation von Instandsetzungsarbeiten an haustechnischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen
  • Ausführung und Überwachung von Wartungen und Inspektionen an Gebäudetechnikanlagen
  • Betreuung von Sprinkleranlagen (Funktion als Sprinklerwart)
  • Betreuung und Überwachung einer Parksystem-Anlage
  • Durchführung von Kontrollrundgängen im und ums Gebäude
  • Übernahme klassischer Hauswarttätigkeiten
  • Areal- und Parkhausreinigung
  • Entsorgungsdienst
  • Schulen, Unterstützen und Begleiten von externen Handwerkern
  • Leistung von Pikettdienst in verschiedenen Mandaten (ca. alle 5 Wochen)

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Fachmann / Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt oder Hauswart/in
  • Berufserfahrung in der Hauswarts- oder Facility-Management-Branche von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse, sich in neue Aufgaben einzuarbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
