Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im technischen Handelsumfeld, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit als Technischer Kundenberater Verkauf Innendienst 100% (m/w/d).

In dieser vielseitigen Position sind Sie die erste Ansprechperson für Kunden und übernehmen abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben im Verkaufsinnendienst sowie in der Auftrags- und Materialbewirtschaftung.

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung der Kundschaft
  • Entgegennahme und Koordination von Reparatur- und Serviceaufträgen
  • Bearbeitung von Bestellungen sowie Warenannahme
  • Verkauf von technischen Produkten, Geräten und Ersatzteilen im Innendienst
  • Verwaltung und Organisation des Ersatzteillagers
  • Mitgestaltung und Pflege des Verkaufsbereichs
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst oder in der technischen Kundenberatung von Vorteil
  • Interesse an technischen Produkten und Maschinen
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Landwirtschaft, Gartenbau oder Baumaschinen ist von Vorteil
