The posting

Als werfleider industriële elektriciteit ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorg je ervoor dat projecten vlot, veilig en kwalitatief verlopen. Je stuurt een klein team aan, maar blijft zelf actief meewerken. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team van 2 à 3 elektriciens op de werf
  • Zelf meewerken aan industriële elektriciteits- en automatisatieprojecten
  • Plaatsen, bekabelen en aansluiten van elektrische installaties, verdeelborden en stuurkasten
  • Uitvoeren van interventies en technische aanpassingen aan bestaande installaties
  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse planning en opvolgen van de voortgang op de werf
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, kwaliteit en technische uitvoering
  • Overleggen met projectleiding en actief meedenken over technische oplossingen
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte organisatie van materiaal, middelen en werkposten

De projecten situeren zich voornamelijk in Gent?Zeehaven, Antwerpse Haven en sporadisch richting Buggenhout en Leuven.

Je bent een ervaren technieker binnen industriële elektriciteit die klaar is voor een volgende stap met meer verantwoordelijkheid en leiderschap. Dit typeert jou:

  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen industriële elektriciteit of technische installaties
  • Ervaring met automatisatie is een sterke plus (PLC Siemens)
  • Grondige kennis van elektrische installaties, kastenbouw en bekabeling
  • Je leest plannen vlot en kan zelfstandig projecten uitvoeren
  • Je hebt natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten en een sterke hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en bewaart overzicht, ook onder tijdsdruk
  • Je bent klantgericht, flexibel en bereid om wachtdiensten op te nemen
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s, klanten en projectleiding
