Jouw rol op de werf

Als werfleider ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en stuur je een klein team van 2 à 3 elektriciens aan bij uiteenlopende industriële projecten. Deze zijn gelegen regio Gent-Zeehaven, Antwerpse Haven en enkele uitschieters rond Buggenhout/Leuven. Je combineert leidinggeven met actief meewerken, waardoor je dicht bij de techniek én je team blijft. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project vlot verloopt: van werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering tot oplevering, steeds met aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en planning.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van een team elektriciens op locatie
  • Zelf actief meewerken aan installaties en technische opdrachten
  • Plaatsen, bekabelen en aansluiten van elektrische installaties, verdeelborden en stuurkasten
  • Uitvoeren van interventies en aanpassingen aan bestaande installaties
  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse planning en opvolgen van de voortgang op de werf
  • Waken over veiligheidsvoorschriften, kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering
  • Overleggen met projectleiding en meedenken over technische oplossingen
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte organisatie van materiaal en middelen

Je bent een ervaren technieker die klaar is om meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en graag een team mee op sleeptouw neemt.

Wat jou typeert:

  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring binnen industriële elektriciteit
  • Ervaring in automatisatie is een grote plus (PLC Siemens)
  • Sterke technische kennis van installaties, kastenbouw en bekabeling
  • Ervaring met het lezen van plannen en zelfstandig uitvoeren van projecten
  • Natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten en een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht, ook onder tijdsdruk
  • Klantgericht en flexibel ingesteld (WACHTDIENSTEN!)
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega’s en klanten
