We are actively seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual with a strong mechanical mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience reading and interpreting blueprint drawings, accurately handling standard manual and power tools, and assembling mechanical parts and raw materials into finished products. Benefits and Compensation

  • Competitive Pay: $19-$23/hr DOE to start! Get paid to train, no experience required. If you are transitioning from another Accounting role, we offer great starting rates for our second-shift hours.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Read and interpret blueprint drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to guide assembly operations.
  • Safely operate and handle hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment to assemble parts and materials.
  • Position, align, and fit components together accurately according to project requirements.
  • Perform mechanical troubleshooting, basic quality checks, and precision measurements on assembled components.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mechanical Aptitude: Hands-on experience assembling parts, handling materials, or working in a mechanical environment.
  • Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, or blueprints.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience operating standard manual and powered tools safely and effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to precision, layout, and product quality.
  • Dependability: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
