Responsibilities Include

  • Precision Assembly: Read and interpret complex wiring schematics, blueprints, and work orders to build assemblies from start to finish.
  • Wire Preparation: Perform cutting, stripping, and tinning of various wire gauges according to strict engineering specifications.
  • Component Integration: Populate connectors, install terminals, and apply heat-shrink tubing or braided sleeving to protect internal components.
  • Soldering & Crimping: Execute high-quality hand soldering and utilize manual or semi-automatic crimping tools for terminal attachments.
  • Testing & Inspection: Use continuity testers, pull-test equipment, and multi-meters to ensure every cable meets electrical integrity standards.
  • Routing & Bundling: Arrange wires on harness boards using tie wraps, lacing cord, or tape to ensure clean and functional cable routing.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain accurate records of completed units and report any material defects or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Stable Work History: Must demonstrate a consistent professional background with a history of long-term commitment to previous employers.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to read and understand technical drawings, color-coding charts, and assembly instructions.
  • Manual Dexterity: Exceptional hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small, intricate parts for extended periods.
  • Quality Focused: A "first-time right" mentality with a sharp eye for identifying minute defects in insulation or connections.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience using wire strippers, heat guns, crimpers, and soldering irons is highly preferred.
  • Mathematical Competency: Ability to perform basic measurements using rulers and calipers (both metric and imperial).
  • Professional Reliability: A strong reputation for punctuality and a collaborative attitude toward teammates.

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $20-$22/hr

Comprehensive Benefits: Includes premium health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and eligibility for an incentive recognition bonus program. Access to training and development to expand your technical certifications.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
