Procuramos um Técnico de Manutenção eficiente e atento aos pormenores para se juntar à nossa equipa no Porto, Portugal. Nesta função, será responsável pela manutenção, reparação e resolução de avarias numa variedade de equipamentos e sistemas, de modo a garantir um desempenho operacional ideal. O candidato selecionado deverá demonstrar fortes competências analíticas, capacidade de organização e um compromisso com a segurança e a qualidade do trabalho.

  • Realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva em equipamentos e sistemas mecânicos, elétricos e hidráulicos
  • Realizar trabalhos de construção civil
  • Analisar e diagnosticar avarias nos equipamentos e sistemas, utilizando conhecimentos técnicos e ferramentas de diagnóstico
  • Realizar inspeções de rotina e verificações de segurança para identificar potenciais problemas antes que se tornem críticos
  • Manter registos de manutenção detalhados e organizados, registos de reparação e documentação de todos os trabalhos realizados em plataforma própria
  • Ler e interpretar desenhos técnicos, esquemas e manuais de equipamento para orientar as atividades de manutenção e reparação
  • Responder prontamente a pedidos de manutenção e ordens de trabalho, priorizando as tarefas com base na urgência
  • Colaborar com os membros da equipa e outros departamentos para coordenar projetos de manutenção e minimizar o tempo de inatividade
  • Assegurar que todas as atividades de manutenção cumprem os regulamentos de segurança, as políticas da empresa e as normas do setor
  • Utilizar ferramentas e equipamentos de manutenção de forma segura e mantê-los em boas condições de funcionamento

Qualificações

  • Experiência comprovada na manutenção, reparação e resolução de avarias de equipamentos de edifícios
  • Conhecimentos básicos sobre sistemas mecânicos e elétricos e o seu funcionamento, nomeadamente, AVAC, GTC, canalização
  • Conhecimentos básicos em equipamentos audiovisuais
  • Conhecimentos básicos em trabalhos de construção civil
  • Proficiência na leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos, plantas e manuais de equipamentos
  • Competências organizacionais e de gestão do tempo
  • Empenho comprovado no cumprimento das normas de segurança e na adesão às normas de segurança no local de trabalho
  • Proficiência no manuseamento de ferramentas manuais, ferramentas elétricas e equipamento de diagnóstico
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e em equipa num ambiente de ritmo acelerado
  • Grande atenção aos detalhes e qualidade no trabalho
  • Conhecimentos de utilização do software Infraspeak (plataforma de gestão da manutenção)

**Qualificações preferenciais:**

  • Experiência com equipamento industrial, sistemas de climatização (AVAC) ou ambientes de produção
  • Familiaridade com sistemas informatizados de gestão de manutenção (CMMS)
  • Certificação técnica ou formação em manutenção, trabalhos elétricos ou sistemas mecânicos
  • Experiência com programas de manutenção preventiva e técnicas de manutenção preditiva
