  • Develop and continuously optimize the distribution network, including delivery-hub locations and transportation strategies across parcel, less-than-truckload (LTL), and other delivery solutions.
  • Partner with Commercial, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, and other stakeholders to establish operating requirements, processes, service expectations, and performance targets.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and lead the team, establishing clear responsibilities, standard processes, accountability, and a strong focus on customer service, quality, productivity, and cost.

  • Develop data-driven recommendations and business cases for changes to the distribution footprint, inventory strategy, resources, systems, transportation, and other investments needed to support profitable growth.
  • Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What's in it for you

  • In this role, you will earn a competitive salary ranging from $$125,000 to $145,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
  • This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is a variable percentage of your base salary, based on individual performance and company results.
  • FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE for our employees or the option of a highly competitive medical plan with minimal monthly employee contributions and zero deductibles
  • 17 Days of paid, sick and vacation time annually (days are prorated in year one).
  • 401K retirement with up to 6% matching program.
  • Excellent dental, vision programs, flex spending accounts, employer paid life insurance and free tele-med physician services.
  • Various other company employee-centric perks initiatives; tuition reimbursement programs, discounted home/auto insurance programs, supplemental life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience developing inventory and replenishment strategies, managing distribution and transportation operations, coordinating supplier performance, and establishing or scaling business operations.
  • Experience supporting a multi-location distribution network and parcel and LTL transportation preferred; experience in accessories, building materials, or a related product-distribution business is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, financial, leadership, project-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to develop business cases and translate operational data into measurable improvements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
