We are currently seeking a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple manufacturing facilities, partnering with operations and executive leadership to strengthen our safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement throughout the region.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems across the region.
  • Lead or support regulatory inspections, compliance audits, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action programs.
  • Monitor regional EHS performance through key performance indicators, trend analysis, and standardized reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, R&D, Technical Service, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to integrate EHS requirements into daily operations, capital projects, and business initiatives.
  • Support facility expansions, acquisitions, and process improvements by proactively identifying and mitigating environmental, health, and safety risks.
  • Develop and mentor site EHS professionals while promoting employee engagement, accountability, and a culture of safety throughout the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with regulatory agencies and provide guidance on emerging regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What's in it for you

  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, awarded as a variable percentage of your base salary based on individual performance and company results.
  • FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE for our employees or the option of a highly competitive medical plan with minimal monthly employee contributions.
  • 17 days of paid, sick, and vacation time annually (days are prorated in year one).
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching up to 6%.
  • Excellent dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, employer-paid life insurance, and free telemedicine physician services.
  • Various other company employee-centric perks and initiatives, including tuition reimbursement, discounted home and auto insurance programs, supplemental life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
