Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e desenvolver propostas pedagógicas alinhadas ao currículo e à metodologia Maple Bear, em parceria com a coordenação pedagógica.Conduzir experiências de aprendizagem que estimulem o desenvolvimento cognitivo, social, emocional, físico e linguístico das crianças.Promover um ambiente acolhedor, seguro, organizado e favorável à aprendizagem.Acompanhar e registrar o desenvolvimento e a aprendizagem dos alunos, respeitando suas individualidades.Realizar intervenções pedagógicas de acordo com as necessidades e potencialidades de cada criança.Manter uma comunicação próxima e colaborativa com as famílias, participando de reuniões e compartilhando informações sobre o desenvolvimento dos alunos.Trabalhar em parceria com os demais profissionais da equipe, contribuindo para o planejamento e a execução das atividades pedagógicas.Participar de reuniões pedagógicas, momentos de planejamento, avaliações e ações de desenvolvimento profissional.Colaborar na organização e realização de eventos e projetos promovidos pela escola.Zelar pelo bem-estar, pela segurança e pela integridade das crianças, seguindo as orientações e os procedimentos institucionais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Pedagogia.Inglês fluente.Experiência com Educação Infantil.Identificação com a proposta pedagógica da Maple Bear e com práticas de aprendizagem centradas na criança.Boa comunicação, organização, comprometimento e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Será um diferencial:Experiência em escolas bilíngues ou com a metodologia Maple Bear.Conhecimento da abordagem de ensino por investigação e aprendizagem por meio de experiências.Especialização concluída ou em andamento na área da Educação Infantil ou áreas correlatas.
