Realizar compras conforme as necessidades da empresa, controlando solicitações, cotando com no mínimo três fornecedores e buscando sempre qualidade, prazos e preços competitivos. Atualizar cadastro de fornecedores, realizar avaliações periódicas e garantir conformidade com padrões de qualidade. Monitorar indicadores como NQF e IASC, propor melhorias e atuar conforme práticas ambientais e o programa 5S.4oQuais indicadores são mais críticos para compras?Como aprimorar avaliação de fornecedores?Quais práticas 5S mais impactam sustentabilidade?

· Realizar as compras de materiais de acordo com as necessidades da empresa, cumprindo as metas mensais estabelecidas e garantindo o abastecimento adequado de insumos.

· Controlar e acompanhar as Solicitações de Compras emitidas, assegurando que os processos sejam realizados de maneira eficiente e dentro dos critérios estabelecidos.

· Seguir procedimentos definidos para a aquisição de materiais, realizando cotações com no mínimo três fornecedores, priorizando as opções que ofereçam maior garantia, qualidade, melhores prazos de entrega e pagamento, além de preços competitivos e bom suporte.

· Buscar constantemente novos fornecedores para garantir alternativas de materiais similares aos existentes, sempre considerando a relação custo-benefício.

· avaliações periódicas dos fornecedores, garantindo que atendam aos padrões de qualidade e desempenho exigidos pela empresa.

· Manter o cadastro de fornecedores atualizado, garantindo a disponibilidade de informações precisas e confiáveis.

· Garantir que os pedidos de compra sejam realizados previamente e com a devida autorização do Gerente Administrativo Financeiro, conforme as diretrizes da empresa.

· Fornecer a Nota de Atendimento à Qualidade (NAQ) em todos os Boletins de Inspeção (BI), garantindo a conformidade com os padrões de qualidade estabelecidos.

· Assegurar que o Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade seja mantido atualizado e em funcionamento, promovendo a melhoria contínua.

· Realizar a avaliação mensal da satisfação dos fornecedores, identificando oportunidades de melhorias no relacionamento e no processo de fornecimento.

· Controlar bimestralmente a média das Notas de Qualidade dos Fornecedores (NQF) e tomar ações corretivas quando necessário para melhorar o desempenho.

· Monitorar e controlar mensalmente o Índice de Atendimento às Solicitações de Compras (IASC), buscando sempre melhorar o tempo e a eficiência nas respostas às solicitações.

· Atuar conforme as boas práticas ambientais, promovendo o correto descarte de resíduos, o uso consciente de recursos com enfoque na sustentabilidade e a aplicação dos princípios do programa 5S nas áreas de trabalho.
