Vill du ta ett brett ekonomiskt helhetsansvar och samtidigt arbeta nära affären och besluten? Sundolitt söker en trygg och självgående ekonomichef som vill kombinera redovisning och controlling med analys, affärsförståelse och möjlighet att påverka. Rollen Som Ekonomichef får du det samlade ansvaret för Sundolitts ekonomifunktion. Du rapporterar direkt till VD, ingår i ledningsgruppen och blir ett viktigt ekonomiskt och affärsmässigt bollplank för såväl VD som övriga delar av organisationen. Du ansvarar för att redovisning och finansiell rapportering håller hög kvalitet, samtidigt som du bidrar med analys och förståelse för de faktorer som driver bolagets ekonomiska utveckling. Du har ett nära samarbete med koncernens Shared Accounting och Group Finance i Norge. Tjänsten är placerad vid Sundolitts verksamhet i Vårgårda. I rollen ansvarar du bland annat för månads-, kvartals- och årsbokslut samt löpande redovisningsfrågor årsredovisning, deklarationer och skatter budget, prognos, uppföljning och koncernrapportering analys av resultat, marginaler, råvaruförbrukning, lager, produktivitet och kostnader för- och efterkalkyler samt investeringsuppföljning likviditetsplanering, valuta, bank- och kreditfrågor intern kontroll och kontakt med revisorer fortsatt utveckling av ekonomisk analys och verksamhetsuppföljning.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har en stabil grund i redovisning och självständigt bokslutsarbete, men som också har en väl utvecklad förmåga att analysera resultat och förstå vad som driver lönsamheten. Du behöver trivas med att både säkerställa kvaliteten i redovisningen och använda ekonomisk information för att stödja beslut i verksamheten. Vi ser att du har gedigen redovisningskompetens och erfarenhet av självständigt bokslutsarbete erfarenhet av budget, prognos och ekonomisk rapportering god controller- och analyskompetens mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och god affärssystemvana förmåga att analysera ekonomiska samband och omsätta dem till relevanta beslutsunderlag förmåga att kommunicera ekonomi på ett tydligt och verksamhetsnära sätt

Du tar ansvar för att saker blir gjorda, arbetar strukturerat och säkerställer att redovisning och rapportering håller hög kvalitet. Samtidigt är du analytiskt nyfiken och vill förstå vad som ligger bakom resultat och avvikelser. Du är prestigelös i samarbetet med andra och trivs med att växla mellan detaljer, analys och dialog med VD och verksamheten. Erfarenhet från producerande verksamhet är meriterande, men viktigast är din förmåga och vilja att sätta dig in i affären. Varför Sundolitt?
