Con el respaldo de Goldman Sachs, ayudamos a los equipos de finanzas y operaciones a ganar control, precisión y velocidad sobre sus datos financieros. Estamos ampliando nuestra presencia en México, Centroamérica y el Caribe, y buscamos a alguien que nos ayude a abrir mercado desde el primer contacto.

El rol

Como BDR para México, Centroamérica y el Caribe, serás la primera pieza de un equipo comercial recién formado para la región. Trabajarás de la mano con el liderazgo de ventas regional para generar pipeline calificado en cuentas SMB y Enterprise. Es un rol con alta autonomía, ideal para alguien proactivo que disfruta abrir conversaciones con tomadores de decisión y quiere crecer dentro de una fintech en expansión.

Responsabilidades

- Prospectar activamente cuentas SMB y Enterprise en México, Centroamérica y el Caribe mediante cold calling, email, LinkedIn y WhatsApp.

- Calificar leads entrantes y los generados por canales de prospección externos, asegurando que lleguen al equipo comercial con contexto y potencial real.

- Agendar reuniones de ventas calificadas para el equipo de Account Executives.

- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas regional para definir cuentas objetivo, mensajes y estrategia de outreach.

- Mantener el CRM actualizado y dar visibilidad sobre la actividad y el estado del pipeline.

Cómo se mide el éxito

- Primer mes: onboarding, aprendizaje del producto, el ICP y las herramientas comerciales.

- Segundo mes: generación consistente de reuniones de ventas calificadas.

- A partir del segundo trimestre: conversión de reuniones en oportunidades, entendiendo que la solución tiene un ciclo de venta consultivo y de largo plazo.

Proceso de selección

Screening inicial → entrevista con el liderazgo comercial → prueba práctica → entrevista final.

Requirements

- 1 a 2 años de experiencia como BDR/SDR o en un rol comercial de prospección B2B.

- Experiencia en fintech o vendiendo a bancos, empresas de pagos, marketplaces o casinos/juego online (altamente valorado).

- Comodidad real con el cold calling y el outreach multicanal (teléfono, email y WhatsApp).

- Perfil proactivo, independiente y orientado a resultados.

- Español nativo.

- Inglés conversacional (deseable, no excluyente).

- Residencia en México.
