Buscamos un Desarrollador de Marca para responder por el posicionamiento y fidelización del portafolio de marcas de lujo en los canales asignados en Cartagena, a través de la correcta activación de planes que garanticen visibilidad, precio, calidad y disponibilidad. El rol es clave para impulsar el conocimiento, la velocidad y distribución de las marcas, además de realizar negociaciones y desarrollo directo de clientes.

Como Desarrollador de Marca serás responsable de:

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas asignadas para las marcas de lujo a cargo.
  • Definir y cumplir el rutero de visitas, detectando nuevas oportunidades de negocio y desarrollando relaciones comerciales de largo plazo con clientes del segmento premium/lujo.
  • Identificar y gestionar la creación de nuevos clientes que amplíen la base y distribución numérica de la compañía.
  • Identificar y proponer oportunidades de negocio bajo las estrategias de Trade Marketing.
  • Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a las actividades de marca, incluyendo eventos propios y de clientes, garantizando la foto del éxito (visibilidad, precio, advocacy, disponibilidad).
  • Ejecutar los planes comerciales para gestionar el sell in y sell out, cumpliendo el presupuesto mensual y anual.
  • Negociar y dar cumplimiento a los acuerdos comerciales, manteniendo relaciones rentables de largo plazo.
  • Consolidar y enviar reportes periódicos de gestión a las gerencias correspondientes.
  • Diligenciar mensualmente el formato de provisiones con los compromisos adquiridos por los clientes.
  • Gestionar la cartera de clientes, incluyendo recaudo, conciliación de pagos y gestión de notas crédito.
  • Identificar oportunidades para el desarrollo y firma de acuerdos comerciales, dando seguimiento a su cumplimiento.

Requirements

  • Tecnólogo, preferiblemente profesional universitario en Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas, Ingenierías o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en consumo masivo, preferiblemente en licores o categorías premium/lujo.
  • Competencias: negociación, habilidad analítica y numérica, orientación al cliente, iniciativa, comunicación asertiva.
