Misión

Maximizar la originación por broker activo, como dueño del ciclo de vida completo del canal en sus dos tiers —broker tradicional y broker autogestionable— (atracción → activación → productividad → retención) y de la economía del producto: pricing, esquema de comisiones y benchmarking competitivo. Growth diseña y mide, además crea canales adicionales y nuevas fuentes de revenue; Sales ejecuta el canal tradicional.

Responsabilidades: optimizar el canal de distribución actual y crear nuevas fuentes de revenue

• Diseñar y administrar el P&L del esquema de incentivos de brokers, incluyendo su rediseño cuando el modelo (no la presión del equipo) lo justifique.

• Definir las cohortes y métricas del canal: brokers activos, producción por broker, ramp-up de nuevos, churn y sus causas.

• Ser dueño del pricing del producto y de su elasticidad, y de la inteligencia competitiva.

• Correr experimentación continua: pilotos de incentivos, campañas y segmentación de brokers.

• Ser dueño del canal de brokers autogestionables: adquisición masiva, activación en app, mensajería automatizada y soporte thin-touch, gestionado como célula separada con P&L propio. Definir la política de coherencia de comisiones entre el tier tradicional y el autogestionable.

• Ser dueño de las métricas de Reclutamiento y Formación de Brokers y de la Mesa de Ayuda (satisfacción del broker, tiempos de resolución, taxonomía de fricciones) sin operarla — la operación permanece en Sales —, explotando sus tickets como insumo del diagnóstico del canal.

• Diagnosticar la efectividad comercial (modelo de cuotas vs. ejecución) con independencia de la línea de Sales.

KPIs

• Producción promedio por broker activo y originación mensual (compartido con Sales).

• Costo de adquisición y payback por broker; take rate y margen por crédito originado.

• P&L del canal de brokers autogestionables (CAC, activación, costo de servir).

• Nuevas fuentes de crecimiento para la empresa.

Requirements

Perfil

• 8-12 años de experiencia. Perfil híbrido: 2-3 años de consultoría estratégica (o revenue strategy equivalente) más experiencia operativa gestionando canal indirecto: distribución en Telco, redes de asesores en aseguradoras, supply growth en marketplaces o redes de intermediarios en originadores de crédito.

• Experiencia liderando equipos operativos de ventas, idealmente. Deseable haber construido un canal self-serve o de supply digital (marketplace / gig economy), dado que ese canal es el proyecto fundacional del rol.
