Για τη Σεζόν 2027, η Mar-Bella Collection αναζητά Ασκούμενο/η στο Τμήμα Λογιστηρίου στην Κέρκυρα.

Ο Ρόλος

Ως Ασκούμενος/η στο Τμήμα Λογιστηρίου, θα υποστηρίζεις τις καθημερινές οικονομικές και λογιστικές διαδικασίες, αποκτώντας πρακτική εμπειρία στη διαχείριση παραστατικών, συμφωνιών, αρχείων και αναφορών.

Μια Μέρα στη Δουλειά

Η ακρίβεια, η οργάνωση και η προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια είναι βασικά στοιχεία της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του Λογιστηρίου.

Μια τυπική ημέρα στο Τμήμα Λογιστηρίου μπορεί να περιλαμβάνει:

• Καταχωρείς τιμολόγια και παραστατικά στο λογιστικό σύστημα.

• Υποστηρίζεις τις διαδικασίες ελέγχου και συμφωνιών προμηθευτών.

• Αρχειοθετείς και οργανώνεις οικονομικά έγγραφα.

• Συμμετέχεις στην παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων και αναφορών κόστους.

• Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία λογιστικών καταστάσεων και αναφορών.

• Συνεργάζεσαι με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου για την ομαλή ροή παραστατικών.

Requirements

Είσαι Εσύ;

Βασικά προσόντα:

• Φοίτηση σε Οικονομική ή Λογιστική Σχολή (ΙΕΚ, Κολλέγιο ή ΑΕΙ).

• Βασικές γνώσεις λογιστικής και οικονομικών αρχών.

• Καλή γνώση MS Office, ιδιαίτερα Excel.

• Ομαδικό πνεύμα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και υπευθυνότητα.

Επιπλέον προσόντα – θα εκτιμηθούν:

• Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
