Operação e Programação: Programar e operar a máquina de corte longitudinal (slitter), transformando bobinas de aço em fitas de metal com larguras exatas para a fabricação de perfis metálicos. Setup de Máquina: Posicionar e ajustar as facas e espaçadores nos eixos, garantindo a largura correta das fitas conforme a Ordem de Produção. Alimentação e Controle: Centralizar a bobina mãe no desenrolador, passar o material pelas guias e tracionar o metal até a bobinadeira. Ajuste de Tensão: Controlar os freios e tensionadores para evitar o efeito "telescópico" (desalinhamento) e garantir bobinas perfeitamente enroladas. Monitoramento de Qualidade: Medir a largura, espessura e acabamento das fitas utilizando instrumentos de precisão (micrômetro, paquímetro e trena) durante todo o processo. Manutenção e Organização: Realizar a limpeza dos eixos, afiação/troca de facas e lubrificação básica, mantendo o setor organizado e seguro.

Escolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo. Desenho Técnico: Leitura e Interpretação de Desenho Técnico (fundamental para entender as ordens de produção e diagramas de montagem de facas). Metrologia Básica: Domínio no uso de instrumentos de medição como paquímetro, micrômetro e trena.
