Aufgaben Verbindung von Business Analyse und UX Design in spannenden Kundenprojekten sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Nutzenden, Fachbereichen und Entwicklungsteams vor Ort in Bern Analyse von Arbeitsprozessen und Aufgaben der Nutzenden, Erkennen von Schwachstellen sowie Erarbeitung von Anforderungen für verständliche digitale Lösungen Planung und Moderation von Interviews und Workshops zur Erfassung von Bedürfnissen, Geschäftsprozessen und fachlichen Anforderungen Visualisierung von Erkenntnissen mit Personas, User Flows und Informationsarchitekturen sowie Umsetzung von Konzepten als Wireframes und interaktive Prototypen in Figma Planung und Durchführung von Usability-Tests mit Nutzenden sowie Weiterentwicklung der Konzepte auf Basis der gewonnenen Erkenntnisse Erarbeitung von Designrichtlinien und wiederverwendbaren Interaktionsmustern für eine konsistente Applikationslandschaft Laufendes Einbringen von Konzepten und Erkenntnissen in die Zusammenarbeit mit dem agilen Team

Anforderungen Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption digitaler Anwendungen und verbindest dabei UX Design mit Business Analyse Du hast Erfahrung in der Analyse von Arbeits- und Geschäftsprozessen sowie in der Erhebung und Strukturierung von Anforderungen Du beherrschst Methoden wie Interviews, Personas, User Flows, Wireframing, Prototyping und Usability-Testing Du arbeitest sicher mit Figma oder ähnlichen Tools und bist stark im Visualisieren von Konzepte Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Teams, beispielsweise nach Scrum oder SAFe Du kannst Interaktionskonzepte und Designrichtlinien so dokumentieren und vermitteln, dass sie von Entwicklungsteams angewendet werden können Kenntnisse in Design Systems, Accessibility und BPMN sind von Vorteil Dein Profil Du hast einen (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss in Interaction Design, UX Design, HCI, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Du denkst analytisch und nutzerzentriert und kannst zwischen Fachbereichen, Nutzenden und IT vermitteln Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und kommunikationsstark Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Konzepte, bringst dich aktiv ein und unterstützt dein Team fachlich Du bist ein Teamplayer und stellst das gemeinsame Ziel in den Mittelpunkt Du lernst gerne neue Fachgebiete kennen und eignest dir schnell neues Wissen an Du legst Wert auf einfache, zugängliche und nachhaltige Lösungen Du arbeitest gerne direkt mit den Nutzenden und bist dafür an drei Tagen pro Woche beim Kunden vor Ort in Bern Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und gut auf Englisch
