The posting

Afdeling De Roos is een sociaal geriatrische afdeling die zich richt op ouderen met een gecombineerde somatische en psychiatrische zorgvraag

De Roos biedt zorg aan bewoners met gedragsproblematiek of psychiatrische aandoeningen in combinatie met somatische aandoeningen. Bewoners met niet aangeboren hersenletsel, Parkinson, andere neurologische aandoeningen of een GGZ-achtergrond.

Hier zorg jij voor

Als onze nieuwe medewerker bied je passende zorg aan onze bewoners die is afgestemd op de unieke levensgeschiedenis, behoeften en mogelijkheden van de bewoner.

Jij zorgt dus voor:

  • Persoonlijke aandacht Bij Marente vinden we persoonsgerichte zorg belangrijk en we hopen dat jij dat ook vindt. Je biedt aandachtige en persoonlijke verzorging aan bewoners en besteedt aandacht aan sociale, psychische en lichamelijke veranderingen
  • Begeleiding en ondersteuning Je zorgt voor dagelijkse begeleiding, persoonlijke verzorging in een veilige en huiselijke omgeving
  • Gezonde ambitie Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding helpende (plus). verzorgende IG of verpleegkunde. Het zijn fijn zijn als je ervaring hebt in het werken in de ouderenzorg, GGZ of gehandicaptenzorg.

Met de drie somatische afdelingen, twee PG-afdelingen en de uitdagende sociaal geriatrische afdeling hoef je je in Van Wijckerslooth nooit te vervelen. De woongroepen zijn verspreid over verschillende etages en vleugels van het gebouw, met in het hart een prachtig restaurant waar bewoners en collega's gebruik van kunnen maken.
