The posting

Ben jij op je best wanneer de rust is wedergekeerd en wil jij juist in de nacht van betekenis zijn voor ouderen? Voor onze kleinschalige en warme woonzorglocatie Hofwijck in Oegstgeest zijn wij op zoek naar een Helpende (Plus) of Verzorgende IG die voornamelijk nachtdiensten wil werken. Het gaat om een functie van 12 tot 24 uur per week, waarbij je samen met een collega zorgt voor een veilige, rustige en vertrouwde nacht voor onze bewoners.

Tijdens de nacht ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor bewoners. Je houdt hun welzijn goed in de gaten, biedt ondersteuning waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich veilig en gehoord voelen. Dankzij jouw aandacht, betrokkenheid en deskundigheid kunnen bewoners rekenen op de zorg die zij nodig hebben.

Jij zorgt dus voor:

  • Goede communicatievaardigheden Je werkt veel samen met familie, mantelzorgers en andere zorg- en dienstverleners. Je begrijpt wat de wensen van een bewoner zijn en kunt in begrijpelijke taal communiceren.
  • Daadkracht en inlevingsvermogen In je werk durf jij keuzes te maken die goed zijn voor je bewoner, ook als dat snel moet. Jij toont initiatief en kunt je goed inleven. Voor cliënten ben jij een grote steun; zij vertrouwen op jou.
  • Werkervaring Of dat nu veel of weinig is: voor deze functie vragen we enige ervaring met het werken in de ouderenzorg en een afgeronde opleiding helpende (plus) of verzorgende IG.

Eigen regie is het uitgangspunt van de zorg in Hofwijck. Jij levert die zorg als professional, maar er is ook veel passende hulp van familie en mantelzorgers. In je werk is er veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief.
