Hier bieden wij een fijne woonplek en specialistische persoonlijke zorg aan 30 bewoners die op jonge leeftijd dementie hebben ontwikkeld. Je verleent zorg op persoonlijke wijze waarbij de bewoner de regie houdt. Je bent een onmisbare spil in ons enthousiaste team, waarin hoogstpersoonlijke zorg en aandacht voor de bewoners centraal staan. Mensen die op jonge leeftijd met dementie worden geconfronteerd, staan vaak nog midden in het leven. Jij past de zorg flexibel aan op de steeds veranderende behoeften en mogelijkheden. Je blinkt uit in inlevingsvermogen, schakelt snel en begrijpt divers gedrag. Samen met de familie en het netwerk bouw je aan een warme zorgomgeving. Kortom, een boeiende, zinvolle baan waarmee het leven van mensen met dementie op jonge leeftijd verrijkt.

Als helpende (plus)/verzorgende IG:

  • heb je een diploma helpende (plus)/verzorgende IG
  • heb je bij voorkeur ervaring in de ouderenzorg en/of gehandicaptenzorg
  • heb je affiniteit met de doelgroep en een ruimdenkende blik
  • ben je digitaal vaardig, geduldig en oplossingsgericht
  • kun je goed omgaan met complexe zorgbehoeften en goed overzicht houden
  • vind je het fijn om vooral nachtdiensten te werken, maar werk je ook af en toe een andere dienst
  • ben je bereid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en door te leren

En natuurlijk zorgen wij dat alle andere zaken ook goed geregeld zijn. Zo zorgen wij voor:
