The posting

Werk jij het liefst in de rust van de nacht? Voor onze locatie Jeroen in Noordwijk zoeken wij een helpende (plus) voor 16 tot 24 uur per week, voornamelijk voor nachtdiensten.

Met jouw aandacht en toewijding zorg je ervoor dat onze bewoners zich veilig en gezien voelen. Jij bent hun steun en toeverlaat in de nacht, iemand op wie ze kunnen vertrouwen. Samen met een hecht team creëren jullie een warme omgeving waarin zowel bewoners als collega’s zich thuis voelen.

Als helpende (plus) zorg jij ervoor dat onze bewoners niets tekortkomen. Je ondersteunt bij de persoonlijke verzorging en houdt de gezondheid en het welzijn van bewoners goed in de gaten. Wil je meer uren maken? Dan kun je dit combineren met andere diensten.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding helpende (plus)
  • Je hebt persoonlijke aandacht voor bewoners
  • Je houdt van aanpakken, bent sociaal sterk en je draagt graag bij aan een positieve sfeer.
  • Je durft beslissingen te nemen wanneer dat nodig is en toont initiatief. Tegelijkertijd kun je je goed inleven in de situatie van de bewoner.

Hier zorgen wij voor

  • Je werkt in een warm en betrokken team waarin je jezelf kunt zijn en collega’s voor elkaar klaarstaan.
  • Je krijgt de ruimte om bewoners goed te leren kennen en je zorg af te stemmen op wat zij nodig hebben.
  • We werken hard, maar maken ook tijd voor gezelligheid, humor en fijne momenten met bewoners.
  • Je kunt blijven leren en jezelf ontwikkelen. We denken graag met je mee over trainingen of een opleiding die bij je past.

En natuurlijk zorgen wij dat alle andere zaken ook goed geregeld zijn. Zo zorgen wij voor:

  • Tijdelijk dienstverband met uitzicht op en vast contract
  • een salaris volgens de CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg, voor de functie helpende FWG 25 (minimaal € 2.511,- en maximaal € 3.124,-), voor de functie helpende plus FWG 30 (minimaal € 2.573,- en maximaal € 3.294,-) en voor de functie verzorgende IG FWG 35 afhankelijk van opleiding, kennis en werkervaring minimaal € 2.643,- en maximaal € 3.471,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week
  • een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, vakantiegeld van 8% en deelname aan het pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn
  • de mogelijkheid om met voordeel een fiets, laptop of telefoon aan te schaffen als je een vast contract hebt

Locatie Jeroen is een energieke locatie in het centrum van Noordwijk-Binnen. In het middelgrote verpleeghuis met een warme, dorpse cultuur wonen 132 mensen die intensieve zorg nodig hebben. Op deze locatie is altijd wel iets te beleven. Doe jij mee aan het jaarlijkse open podium? De woongroepen zijn verspreid over vijf woonetages, waarvan 3 somatisch en 2 psychogeriatrisch. Bewoners krijgen er de best mogelijke zorg van multidisciplinaire teams, waarin veel ruimte is voor jouw inbreng en de verdere ontwikkeling van jouw capaciteiten.
