The posting

Als junior servicedesk medewerker verleen je eerstelijns ondersteuning aan je collega’s binnen Marente. Jij bent het telefonische aanspreekpunt voor allerlei ICT problemen en je helpt je collega’s dit zo goed mogelijk op te lossen. Uiteraard registreer je deze meldingen goed in ons systeem en bewaak je deze op basis van de afgesproken SLA. Indien vragen te complex zijn speel je deze door aan je collega’s op de afdeling.

Daarnaast voer je ook diverse ICT aanvragen uit. Je zorgt voor de installatie van hardware zoals een smartphone, tablet of een laptop. Ook lever je de hardware uit aan onze collega’s en geef je uitleg over het gebruik van de apparatuur.

De ICT servicedesk is elke dag bereikbaar van 08.15 - 17.15 en samen met je collega’s zorgen jullie ervoor dat jullie op die tijden bereikbaar zijn. Daarnaast draai je stand-by diensten Deze werkzaamheden doe je met 6 medewerkers waardoor je 1 keer in de 6 weken de stand-by dienst hebt. Ook schrijf je handleidingen en werkinstructies over de ICT systemen die binnen Marente gebruikt worden en draag je zorg over de monitoring van servers en routers. De servicedesk voert sinds 2024 ook de taken uit van werkplekbeheer, waardoor je ook een stukje on-site bent en je werkdag een leuke variatie krijgt.

Jouw team

De ICT-afdeling binnen Marente bestaat uit 17 enthousiaste collega’s. Op de afdeling ICT servicedesk en werkplekbeheer werk je samen met 5 collega’s: Niels, Erik, Marco, Jorg en Justin.

Als junior servicedesk medewerker

ben je communicatief vaardig en heb je een klantgerichte houding, op deze manier help je onze Marente collega’s verder! Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen, toont initiatief en houd je van samenwerken in een enthousiast en gedreven team. Daarnaast vragen wij:

  • minimaal een afgeronde mbo-3 opleiding in de richting van ICT
  • ervaring met ITIL, Windows 10 en 11, Office 365 en Active directory is een pre
  • rijbewijs B is vereist

En natuurlijk zorgen wij dat alle andere zaken ook goed geregeld zijn. Zo zorgen wij voor:

  • een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband
