Wat ga je doen?

Als kwaliteitsverpleegkundige ben jij de drijvende kracht achter kwalitatief goede en toekomstbestendige zorg. Je bewaakt en verbetert de kwaliteit van zorg, coördineert verpleegkundige processen en ondersteunt collega's in hun professionele ontwikkeling. Ook zorg je voor een eenduidige manier van werken op de locatie.

Jij:

  • coacht en begeleidt collega's op de werkvloer, je helpt ze reflecteren om zelf verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en mee te zoeken naar mogelijkheden om uitdagingen op te lossen
  • zorg je voor onderlinge samenwerking, ook afdelingoverstijgend
  • stimuleert een lerende cultuur binnen de teams
  • signaleert verbeterkansen en start samen met collega's kleinschalige verbetertrajecten
  • adviseert teamleiders over kwaliteit van zorg
  • samen twee collega kwaliteitsverpleegkundigen en met de teams zorg je ervoor dat bewoners iedere dag de best mogelijke zorg ontvangen.

Welkom bij Jeroen

Locatie Jeroen is een energieke locatie in het centrum van Noordwijk Binnen. In het middelgrote verpleeghuis met een warme, dorpse cultuur wonen 130 mensen die intensieve zorg nodig hebben. Op deze locatie is altijd wel iets te beleven. De woongroepen zijn verspreid over meerdere woonetages, waarvan 3 somatisch en 3 psychogeriatrisch. Bewoners krijgen er de best mogelijke zorg van multidisciplinaire teams, waarin veel ruimte is voor jouw inbreng en de verdere ontwikkeling van jouw capaciteiten.
