The posting

Als medewerker HR administratie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsadministratie voor zowel vaste medewerkers als externen. Daarnaast verwerk je binnenkomende e-mails en beantwoord je de telefoon. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle personeelsgegevens compleet en correct zijn en verwerkt mutaties met betrekking tot personeel, salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden in ons personeelsinformatiesysteem (Visma Talent en Salaris).

Een belangrijk aspect van jouw functie is het signaleren van verbeterpunten en digitalisering binnen het administratieve proces en het HR systeem.

Als vraagbaak voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers sta jij klaar om hen te ondersteunen en adviseren op het gebied van personeelsadministratie en -mutaties.

Wat neem je mee?

Je hebt een enthousiaste, open persoonlijkheid die initiatief neemt en gericht is op samenwerking, verbinding en digitalisering. Ook heb je uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en sta je stevig in je schoenen. Daarnaast:

  • beschik je over mbo+ werk- en denkniveau
  • heb je relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • ben je digitaal vaardig en maak je nieuwe systemen snel eigen

En natuurlijk zorgen wij dat alle andere zaken ook goed geregeld zijn. Zo zorgen wij voor:

  • een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast
  • een salaris volgens de CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg, FWG-schaal 35/40 afhankelijk van opleiding, kennis en werkervaring minimaal € 2.735,- en maximaal €3.864,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week.
  • een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, vakantiegeld van 8% en deelname aan het pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn
  • de mogelijkheid om met voordeel een fiets, laptop of telefoon aan te schaffen als je een vast contract hebt
