The posting

Ben jij technisch handig, oplossingsgericht en toe aan een baan met betekenis? Dan is dit je kans. Als servicetechnicus bij Marente zorg je samen met je team voor het onderhoud aan onze gebouwen, installaties en terreinen. Je voert zelfstandig kleine reparaties uit, lost storingen op en denkt mee over hoe we het nog beter kunnen doen.

Circa één keer in de zes á zeven weken heb jij een bereikbaarheidsdienst waarbij je, naast je reguliere werktijd zelfstandig in de avonden en in de weekenden storingen oplost. Tijdens deze dienst ben je ook BHV ploegleider van dienst.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • storingen oplossen en onderhoud uitvoeren aan gebouwen en installaties
  • werken aan klimaat- en elektrotechnische systemen (je leert dit on-the-job)
  • externe monteurs begeleiden waar nodig
  • advies geven over technische verbeteringen
  • één keer per zes à zeven weken draai je mee in de bereikbaarheidsdienst

Als servicetechnicus:

  • heb je een afgeronde mbo-opleiding richting techniek is mooi meegenomen (maar geen must)
  • vind je het geen probleem om af en toe bereikbaarheidsdienst te draaien
  • ben je in het bezit van een VCA, NEN1010/3140 en BHV diploma of bent bereid deze via Marente te halen
  • ben je zelfstandig, maar functioneer je ook goed in teamverband
  • ben je in het bezit van een rijbewijs B

En natuurlijk zorgen wij dat alle andere zaken ook goed geregeld zijn. Zo zorgen wij voor:

  • een arbeidsovereenkomst voor de duur van een jaar, met mogelijkheid tot een dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd

Jouw team

Binnen ons team hebben we een ontspannen en open werksfeer. Wij zijn een groep enthousiaste medewerkers, die staan voor techniek en ondersteuning van onze zorg collega's. De werkzaamheden die wij kunnen en mogen uitvoeren, doen we voor een groot deel zelf, dat betekent dat we ruime kennis hebben op alle vakgebieden.

Als servicetechnicus zit je in een team met 11 andere servicetechnici en 2 tuinmannen. Jullie worden aangestuurd door een teamleider onderhoud en beheer en vallen organisatorisch binnen de afdeling vastgoed.
