Als verpleegkundige verleen je zorg aan bewoners en begeleid je hen in het dagelijks leven. Je kijkt naar wat iemand nodig heeft en houdt veranderingen in de gezondheid goed in de gaten. Zo draag je bij aan een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving.

Daarnaast help je het team verder met jouw kennis en ervaring. Je neemt initiatief, denkt mee over de dagelijkse gang van zaken en weet hoe je handelt wanneer een situatie daarom vraagt. Je werkt op een afdeling waar bewoners met dementie wonen en hebt regelmatig contact met hun naasten en collega’s.

  • Je hebt een mbo verpleegkunde diploma
  • Je bent deskundig, betrokken en hebt oog voor wat bewoners nodig hebben
  • Je neemt initiatief en deelt je kennis en ervaring graag met collega’s
  • Je blijft rustig en handelt doortastend in onverwachte situaties
  • Je werkt graag samen en vindt het leuk om collega’s te coachen en te ondersteunen

Met de drie somatische afdelingen, twee PG-afdelingen en de uitdagende sociaal geriatrische afdeling hoef je je in Van Wijckerslooth nooit te vervelen. De woongroepen zijn verspreid over verschillende etages en vleugels van het gebouw, met in het hart een prachtig restaurant waar bewoners en collega's gebruik van kunnen maken.
