The posting

Bij Marente doen we er alles aan om onze bewoners de zorg te bieden die bij hen past. Het welbevinden van de bewoner staat centraal en samen zoek je naar mogelijkheden om aan de wensen te kunnen voldoen. De een heeft nu eenmaal meer aandacht en zorg nodig dan de ander. En daar zet jij je als onze nieuwe eerst verantwoordelijke verpleegkundige voor in.

Je stelt samen met de bewoner of zijn/haar vertegenwoordiger het zorgleefplan op en verricht verzorgende, begeleidende en verpleegtechnische werkzaamheden. Je draagt zorg voor, en coördineert de multidisciplinaire zorg- en dienstverlening voor de toegewezen bewoners en bewaakt continuïteit en de uitvoering van het zorgleefplan met ondersteuning van het team.

Als verpleegkundige..

  • ben je in het bezit van een mbo verpleegkunde diploma
  • kun je een voortrekkersrol vervullen
  • kun je zelfstandig werken en omgaan met wisselende werkdruk
  • moet je snel kunnen handelen in onverwachte situaties
  • ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en de uitvoering van de zorg voor toegewezen bewoners
  • is jouw rol naar de familie van de bewoners heel belangrijk
  • stimuleer je bewoners in hun zelfzorg aan de hand van een zorgplan, die samen met de bewoner wordt opgesteld en regelmatig wordt besproken binnen het multidisciplinaire overleg
  • neem je deel aan overlegvormen
  • zorg je mede voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de afdeling
  • ben je communicatief zowel mondeling als schriftelijk sterk

Met de drie somatische afdelingen, twee PG-afdelingen en de uitdagende sociaal geriatrische afdeling hoef je je in Van Wijckerslooth nooit te vervelen. De woongroepen zijn verspreid over verschillende etages en vleugels van het gebouw, met in het hart een prachtig restaurant waar bewoners en collega's gebruik van kunnen maken. De zorg die wij er leveren is hoogstpersoonlijk. We proberen er mensen met dementie zoveel als mogelijk te laten leven in vrijheid.
