The posting

Wij doen er alles aan om onze gasten en diens naasten de zorg te bieden die bij hen past. Zorg waarbij kwaliteit van leven en in de laatste dagen kwaliteit van sterven voorop staat. Onze inzet is niet gericht op genezing, maar op alles wat het leven nog zo aangenaam mogelijk maakt. Samen zoek je naar mogelijkheden om aan de wensen te kunnen voldoen.

Als verpleegkundige werk je methodisch op basis van de waarden, wensen en behoeften van de gast en diens naasten. Onze aandacht is gericht op de fysieke, de psychische, de sociale en de spirituele aspecten van het leven. Onze kernwaarden zijn respect, veiligheid, flexibiliteit en afstemmen.

Alle verpleegkundigen en vrijwilligers van Hospice De Mare hebben oprechte aandacht en een gastvrije en professionele houding naar onze gasten en naar elkaar. Zo help je mee om hoogstpersoonlijke zorg op het hoogste niveau te leveren.

Je werkt korte dagdiensten (09:00 - 13.00 uur) en/of korte avonddiensten (18:00 - 22.00 uur) en/of nachtdiensten

Hospice De Mare

Hospice De Mare is gevestigd in Leiderdorp aan de Hoogmadeseweg 70. Het nieuwe hospice heeft een prachtige tuin en de zes gasten krijgen een ruime éénpersoonskamer, elk met een eigen badkamer en zicht op de tuin en een eigen terras. Er is ook een familiekamer aanwezig.

Samen met een team van verpleegkundigen en vrijwilligers wordt gezorgd voor zes gasten in hun laatste levensfase. In Hospice De Mare wordt High Care zorg verleend. Dat betekent dat ook gasten met een hoog-complexe zorgvraag bij het hospice terecht kunnen.

Als Verpleegkundige

  • heb je minimaal het diploma MBO Verpleegkundige
  • ben je BIG geregistreerd
  • heb je bij voorkeur ervaring op het gebied van palliatieve zorgverlening en hospice
  • ben je flexibel en denk je mee met de organisatie van het hospice
  • bied je gastgerichte zorg
  • kun je je mondeling en schriftelijk goed uitdrukken
  • heb je goede contactuele en sociale vaardigheden
  • werk je nachtdiensten, korte en lange dag- en avonddiensten

En natuurlijk zorgen wij dat alle andere zaken ook goed geregeld zijn. Zo zorgen wij voor:

  • een vast contract
