The posting

Bij Marente kan je werken in het flexteam van de thuiszorg! Zo kan je goed werk en privé combineren. Je krijgt een vast contract en we spreken ook met je af hoeveel uur je per week wil en kan werken. Tevens kun je werken in de regio naar jouw voorkeur. Je houdt zelf de regie over je uren, je kunt jezelf inschrijven op de diensten die in de gehele regio openstaan. Het kan zijn dat je losse diensten draait in een team, maar ook tijdens ziekte, vakantie en zwangerschapsperiode van collega’s kan je langere tijd in een team werken.

Als verzorgende IG bied je verzorging en begeleiding naar de behoefte en wensen van de cliënt. Je werkt methodisch en kwaliteitsgericht en voert verpleegtechnische taken uit. Je helpt onze cliënten om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen en stimuleert ze om actief te blijven. Je werkt voor een gevarieerde cliëntengroep, zoals chronisch zieken, oncologische cliënten, cliënten na een operatieve ingreep en terminale cliënten.

Als verzorgende IG:

  • heb je een afgeronde opleiding verzorgende IG

En natuurlijk zorgen wij dat alle andere zaken ook goed geregeld zijn. Zo zorgen wij voor:

De collega’s van Marente Zorg Thuis helpen deze cliënten met wat ze nodig hebben. Van wondverzorging tot infuus instellen: elke zorgvraag is anders. En daardoor elke dag ook! In alle dorpen in de Duin- en Bollenstreek, Oegstgeest en Voorschoten zijn onze wijkteams te vinden. Voordat de collega’s op pad gaan naar hun eigen cliënten, starten ze ’s ochtends samen op. Waarna iedereen op de fiets springt – of in de auto stapt – en op weg gaat naar zijn of haar eigen cliënten.
