The posting

Voor onze locatie Huis op de Waard zijn wij op zoek naar een verzorgende IG/verpleegkundige, inclusief rol werkbegeleider om het team te versterken!

Als verzorgende IG/verpleegkundige verleen je zorg en draag je bij aan een optimaal zorg- en leefklimaat van de bewoners. Daarnaast zorg je voor het begeleiden van de de lerende op de werkvloer! Als werkbegeleider krijg je 1,5 uur per week per lerende - inclusief ruimte voor coaching, training en overleg. Je begeleidt meerdere lerende, in minimaal 30% tot maximaal 50% van je uren dienstverband. Het gaat om een rol naast je huidige zorgfunctie.

Het is belangrijk dat je flexibel in werktijden bent en dit zo kunt organiseren dat deze aansluiten bij de vraag van de lerende.

  • Coachend vermogen Jij stimuleert reflectie en ondersteunt lerende in hun leerproces
  • Collegialiteit Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent in de eerste plaats onderdeel van een team. Je werkt verschillende diensten. Je houdt van aanpakken, bent sociaal sterk en je draagt graag bij aan een positieve sfeer
  • Lef om te horen Je reflecteert op je handelen en blijft jezelf ontwikkelen als begeleider
  • Een diploma Je hebt een opleiding tot verzorgende IG/verpleegkundige afgerond

In Huis op de Waard werk je samen met alle soorten collega’s: kwaliteitsverpleegkundigen, EVV’ers, verzorgenden IG, helpenden en woonbegeleiders. Binnen je team krijg je veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid, is er ruimte voor jouw ideeën en voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
