  • Develop a clear understanding of acquisition scope, strategic rationale, key risks, assumptions and functional impacts to support mobilisation, planning and decision-making.
  • Translate due diligence findings into structured gap analysis, requirements, target operating model inputs and planning actions.
  • Elicit, analyse and validate requirements, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are clear, prioritised, traceable and aligned to delivery needs.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and playback sessions, including preparing workshop plans, artefact lists, review packs, sign-off checklists and open-item trackers.
  • Map current-state and target-state processes, booking models, trading flows, data flows, system dependencies and integration flows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop target operating model artefacts covering people, process, technology, data, controls, governance, reporting, operational readiness and handover requirements.
  • Support solution validation and user acceptance testing, including test scenario development, requirement clarification, defect triage and evidence-based SME validation.
  • Maintain consistent BA standards, templates, documentation practices and reusable artefacts to support governance, audit, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
