Key responsibilities:
As a Senior FX Dealer, you will be responsible for:
- Building and managing a portfolio of corporate clients executing a range of different products, including FX Derivatives
- Execution of FX trades (Spot, FWD, NDF, Options) with multiple liquidity providers, using various trading platforms, as well as Bloomberg
- Collaborating with the Sales team to assist in business origination
- Understanding client’s business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best solution for their situation
- Building and maintaining strong relationship with the clients through customers meeting.

- Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the FCA, NFA, AMF, AFM, MAS
- Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with

- At all times complying with the FCA’s Code of Conduct
- To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
- To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required
- To escalate risk events immediately
- To provide input to risk management processes, as required.
Essential experience & skills:
We want to set you up for success and we believe these experiences and skills will help you thrive in this role:
- Minimum 4 years' experience trading FX derivatives, including Forwards, NDFs and FX Options, with an existing and transferable book of corporate clients and a proven track record of revenue generation
- Significant experience in FX dealing and/or corporate FX sales
- Experience of working in a commercial bank, non-bank FX provider or an FX broker dealing with SMEs and mid-corporates
- Strong understanding of FX markets, risk management and hedging solutions
- Strong communication skills
- Able to develop and execute sales strategies
- Comfortable with a phone-led sales approach
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proven ability to originate new business opportunities and support revenue growth
Salary Range: Euro 50,000 - 80,000 pa
