Strategia, Zgodność i Zarządzanie (Governance & Compliance)

Współpraca z Dyrekcją przy budowaniu kultury i strategii bezpieczeństwa oraz adaptacji standardów korporacyjnych, w tym frameworku NIST.

Zapewnienie zgodności organizacji z kluczowymi regulacjami rynkowymi i europejskimi (m.in. NIS2, CRA, RODO).

Opracowywanie polityk bezpieczeństwa, definiowanie i raportowanie wskaźników KPI do Zarządu oraz facylitacja komitetów sterujących ds. bezpieczeństwa.

Zarządzanie Ryzykiem i Architektura (Security by Design)

Opracowywanie i bieżąca aktualizacja mapy ryzyk cybernetycznych oraz realizacja adekwatnych mechanizmów kontrolnych (Kontrola N2).

Eksperckie wsparcie działu projektowego gwarantujące integrację wymagań bezpieczeństwa od wczesnych faz koncepcyjnych (Security by Design), w tym weryfikacja architektury i nadzór nad zlecanymi testami penetracyjnymi.

Operacje i Zabezpieczenia Techniczne (SecOps & Protection)

Projektowanie, wdrażanie oraz utrzymywanie platform zabezpieczających infrastrukturę, w szczególności rozwiązań klasy EDR/XDR, mechanizmów uwierzytelniania wieloskładnikowego (MFA) oraz firewalli.

Ciągła weryfikacja efektywności zabezpieczeń w ramach całej floty urządzeń (serwery, stacje robocze, urządzenia mobilne, aplikacje).

Kompleksowa realizacja procesu Vulnerability Management – od detekcji podatności, przez rekomendacje mitygacyjne, po nadzór nad wdrożeniem poprawek we współpracy z działem IT.

Monitorowanie i Reagowanie na Incydenty (Detection & Incident Response)

Analiza alertów z systemów bezpieczeństwa oraz koordynacja działań zewnętrznego centrum operacyjnego (SOC) w celu zapewnienia ciągłości monitoringu w trybie HNO (obsługa i reagowanie poza standardowymi godzinami pracy).

Kompleksowe zarządzanie incydentami bezpieczeństwa: identyfikacja, mitygacja zagrożeń oraz opracowywanie działań naprawczych w ramach procedury RETEX (analiza poakcyjna typu lessons learned).

Optymalizacja procedur reagowania na incydenty oraz projektowanie i koordynacja cyklicznych ćwiczeń kryzysowych.

Budowanie Świadomości (Awareness)

Kształtowanie świadomości zagrożeń poprzez realizację rocznych planów szkoleniowych dla całej organizacji, w tym koordynację symulacji phishingowych oraz modułów e-learningowych.

Transfer wiedzy i prowadzenie specjalistycznych warsztatów podnoszących kompetencje z zakresu bezpieczeństwa dla zespołów IT

Realizacja powyższych obszarów ma na celu zbudowanie proaktywnego modelu ochrony organizacji, minimalizację ryzyka cybernetycznego oraz zagwarantowanie najwyższych standardów bezpieczeństwa, adekwatnych do surowych wymogów regulacyjnych i operacyjnych. Rola stanowi centralny punkt kompetencyjny, łączący architekturę bezpieczeństwa z bieżącym reagowaniem na ewoluujące zagrożenia.
