Als Projectmanager Innovatie binnen de CEO-staf help je bepalen welke innovaties het ziekenhuis vooruithelpen en zorg je ervoor dat de meest waardevolle ideeën ook daadwerkelijk gerealiseerd worden. Je combineert strategisch inzicht en analytische expertise met een hands-on aanpak. Je beoordeelt innovatie-ideeën op hun haalbaarheid en impact, stelt prioriteiten en begeleidt geselecteerde projecten van concept tot implementatie. Daarbij sta je dicht bij de klinische praktijk en werk je nauw samen met artsen, zorgverleners, onderzoekers, IT en externe partners. Wat ga je doen? Je krijgt de autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid om het innovatieportfolio te beheren en geselecteerde innovatieprojecten inhoudelijk en operationeel te begeleiden. Dat betekent onder meer dat je: Prioritering en beheer van het innovatieportfolio - Je beheert de instroom van innovatie-ideeën en AI-use cases en prioriteert deze op basis van hun strategische relevantie, haalbaarheid en potentieel. - Je onderzoekt de klinische, technische, organisatorische, regelgevende en economische haalbaarheid van innovatie-ideeën. Op basis van literatuur, data en marktanalyses breng je mogelijke businessmodellen, valorisatietrajecten en samenwerkingen in kaart. - Je scherpt ideeën kritisch aan met de betrokken stakeholders en helpt bepalen welke ideeën verder worden onderzocht en welke projecten voldoende potentieel hebben om op te starten. Projectmanagement - Je begeleidt geselecteerde innovatieprojecten van proof-of-concept tot implementatie. - Je coördineert de samenwerking tussen clinici, IT, onderzoekers en externe partners en bewaakt de voortgang en resultaten. - Je stelt subsidieaanvragen op en bouwt inhoudelijke expertise op binnen de projecten die je begeleidt. - Je creëert draagvlak, bewaakt de aansluiting bij de ziekenhuisstrategie en volgt de beoogde impact van projecten op. Hands-on innovatie (forward engineering) - Je bent actief op de werkvloer en vertaalt de noden van artsen, verpleegkundigen en andere zorgverleners naar concrete oplossingen, van procesverbeteringen tot digitale, datagedreven en AI-toepassingen. - Waar relevant neem je zelf een forward-engineeringrol op. Je experimenteert, ontwikkelt en test prototypes en proof-of-concepts, bijvoorbeeld via data-analyse, low-code/no-code of AI-tools. - Je werkt samen met interne en externe partners om oplossingen te valideren, verder te ontwikkelen en waar mogelijk te implementeren en op te schalen. - Je hebt een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in de ingenieurswetenschappen, bio-ingenieurswetenschappen, biomedische wetenschappen, computerwetenschappen of een andere analytische richting. - Je combineert strategisch inzicht en analytisch denkvermogen met een pragmatische, hands-on ingesteldheid en durft ideeën kritisch in vraag te stellen. - Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met data, technologie, digitalisering en AI, en krijgt energie van het zelf uitproberen en realiseren van prototypes, bijvoorbeeld via data-analyse, low-code/no-code of AI-tools. - Je werkt graag samen met zorgverleners en andere stakeholders en kan complexe noden uit de klinische praktijk vertalen naar concrete concepten, prototypes of digitale toepassingen. - Je hebt ervaring met het analyseren, uitwerken of begeleiden van innovatieprojecten. Ervaring met digitale innovatie, onderzoek of subsidieprojecten in de gezondheidszorg is een plus. - Je communiceert helder en weet verschillende stakeholders mee te krijgen in verandering. - Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt eigenaarschap en houdt overzicht over meerdere projecten tegelijk.
