Esta função visa realizar a demonstração, experimentação e venda de produtos e serviços. Foco na satisfação e fidelização de clientes, buscando proporcionar-lhes experiências que despertem sensações de beleza e agregando um atendimento diferenciado e exclusivo.

ATIVIDADES:

  • Atender, demonstrar e gerar a experimentação dos produtos, conforme modelo de atendimento O Boticário;
  • Reforçar os diferenciais de nossos produtos;
  • Realizar todo o processo de vendas;
  • Fidelizar Clientes;
  • Oferecer Clube Viva O Boticário;
  • Realizar pós-venda;
  • Divulgar os ciclos promocionais e lançamentos aos clientes;
  • Utilizar as redes sociais do grupo para divulgar ciclos, promoções e lançamentos aos clientes;
  • Conquistar novos Clientes (ex: borrifação e/ou panfletagem em frente à loja)
  • Controlar e cumprir suas metas;
  • Efetuar trocas e registrá-las;
  • Limpar, organizar e repor as seções de produtos/prateleiras e demonstradores (conforme sistema FIFO ou PEPS - primeiro que entra, primeiro que sai);
  • Checar a data de validade dos produtos;
  • Participar da contagem de estoque;
  • Trocar comunicação de loja (visual merchandising/vitrine) e planograma nas entradas de ciclos;
  • Garantir a precificação correta dos produtos;
  • Acessar / acompanhar os canais de comunicação da franqueadora (Manual de operações, portais, extranet, revistas, guias etc.);
  • Participar de treinamentos presenciais ou via Universidade da Beleza, quando orientado pela gerência ou RH;

PRÉ- REQUISITOS:

  • Acreditar no Amor e na Beleza, com mentalidade aberta ao novo, ao digital, à diversidade e inclusão;
  • Residir em Posto da Mata/BA;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horário comercial (segunda à sábado);
  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Conhecimento em Informática;
  • Desejável experiência anterior na área de vendas, atendimento ao cliente, callcenter ou similar;
