The posting

Love meeting people and helping them find exactly what they need? Marianna Nissan is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. Automotive experience is welcome but not required. We’ll train you, and your earning potential is up to you.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist customers on the lot, in the showroom, and by phone, text, and email
  • Learn what each customer needs and match them with the right new or pre-owned vehicle
  • Give product walkarounds and test drives that show off the Nissan lineup
  • Work deals through with your sales managers, from first visit to delivery
  • Follow up on internet leads, phone-ups, and past customers to build your book of business
  • Deliver vehicles and make sure every customer leaves happy and ready to come back and refer friends
  • Keep accurate customer information in our CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with people
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a strong work ethic
  • Honest and committed to treating customers right
  • Comfortable with phones, texting, email, and basic computer work
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required)
  • Background Check (required)
  • Able to work a retail schedule, including Saturdays
  • Sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
