Zur Erweiterung unseres stabilen Teams suchen wir ab sofort in Teil- oder Vollzeit eine*n 1 Pflegeassistent/in Deine Tätigkeit als PA

* Deine erfolgreich absolvierte Ausbildung zur Pflegeassistenz setzt du entsprechend berufsrechtlicher Vorschriften zur fachlich qualifizierten Betreuung unserer Bewohner*innen ein

* Durchführung und Dokumentation der dir übertragenen und deligierten Pflegemaßnahmen

* Als Pflegeassistenz orientierst Du dich am Pflege- und Betreuungskonzept und den Zielsetzungen der Casa Pflegewohnhäuser

* Alle pflegerischen Interventionen werden unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des personenzentrierten Ansatzes und der "aktivierenden Pflege & Betreuung" durchgeführt
