Wir importieren Marine\- und Industriemotoren sowie dazugehörige Komponenten und betreuen rund 60 Volvo Penta Vertragspartner in der ganzen Schweiz. Neben Volvo Penta verantworten wir auch den Vertrieb der Tohatsu Aussenbordmotoren in der Schweiz und gestalten deren Marktentwicklung aktiv mit.

Technischer Mitarbeiter Kundendienst \& Technischer Support (80\-100%)

Sie sind technisch versiert, arbeiten gerne selbstständig und möchten aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung eines dynamischen Unternehmens beitragen? Dann freuen wir uns darauf, Sie kennenzulernen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Technische Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Volvo Penta Vertragspartner in der ganzen Schweiz
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen
  • Koordination von Garantie\- und Kundendienstfällen
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Schulungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Volvo Penta und unseren Partnerbetrieben
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Serviceorganisation

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre, vorzugsweise als Land\-, Baumaschinen\- oder Lastwagenmechaniker
  • Weiterbildung als Werkstattleiter oder Diagnosetechniker von Vorteil. Wir freuen uns ebenso über Bewerbungen motivierter Fachpersonen mit Entwicklungspotenzial.
  • Fundierte EDV\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem oder verhandlungssicherem Niveau. Gute Französischkenntnisse oder Bereitschaft, diese weiter auszubauen

Vous disposez d'un solide bagage technique, appréciez le travail autonome et souhaitez contribuer activement au développement d'une entreprise dynamique ? Alors nous nous réjouissons de faire votre connaissance.

Vos missions :

  • Assurer le conseil et le support technique auprès de nos partenaires Volvo Penta dans toute la Suisse.
  • Analyser et traiter les demandes techniques.
  • Coordonner les cas de garantie et les dossiers de service après\-vente.
  • Participer à l'organisation et à l'animation de formations techniques.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec Volvo Penta ainsi qu'avec notre réseau de partenaires.
  • Contribuer activement au développement et à l'amélioration de notre organisation de service.

Votre profil :

  • Formation professionnelle achevée, de préférence en tant que mécanicien(ne) sur machines agricoles, engins de chantier ou poids lourds.
