  • Ensuring consistent 24/7 hospitalist coverage and effective program operations
  • Championing clinical quality, patient safety, and patient experience across the perinatal service line
  • Partnering with nursing, quality, medical staff, and hospital leadership to develop and advance clinical standards, policies, and performance improvement initiatives

  • Chairing the OB/GYN Hospitalist Operations Committee and representing the program on relevant hospital and medical staff committees
  • Collaborating with the Perinatal Director, CMO, and OB/GYN Department Chair on program development, community outreach, and broader organizational initiatives

This position is designed for a physician who values the opportunity to lead while continuing to practice clinically. By working alongside the hospitalist team, the Medical Director remains connected to the realities of patient care while helping establish clinical standards, support colleagues, and advance the program.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
